General Returns Policy
The following General Returns Policy is applicable to all items sold on Industryxpert.com This policy is validated within 7 days of delivery of the order on the item value greater than Rs.1000. It must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
How to raise a return request?
If you have received a damaged product or an empty parcel or any item is missing from the package or for the reasons fulfilling conditions previously mentioned, you can lodge the Return Request or Complain on our mailing address i.e. “email@example.com” with the exact image of the defective product or you can contact on our helpline number i.e. +91-7249910006 within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the Pickup Process. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition, includes all labels, User manual, Warranty card and the invoice along with the product.
Where to return product?
Our courier service facilitate pickup from areas under certain pin-code, If your area does not comes in serviceable area then you must have to courier the item to following address:

How to cancel an order?
In case you want to cancel your order, you need to lodge cancellation request on our mailing address i.e. “firstname.lastname@example.org” or you can contact on our helpline number i.e. +91-7249910006
Please note: Cancellation request can be accepted only before shipment of ordered product.
Industryxpert.com reserves the right to cancel order under following scenarios:
If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred specifications or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you in the following way:
You can drop us a mail at email@example.com stating your Order Id during mailing or you can lodge a request through call to our Supply Chain Team at 7249910006. Your refund will be processed after approval. Once your refund has been approved, your money will be credited back to you in one of three ways:
Once the refund is initiated from our side you will get an email confirmation and it takes max. 5 working days to credit the amount in your account. If the amount is still not reflected you may contact us in the same email id or contact no mentioned above.
